I would highly recommend that anyone that needs to revise, update, or completely create a FSMA/HACCP plan consult with RefineUS. Especially before their next FDA audit if they do not have a FSMA plan in place or have not taken the PCQI training. I had a great experience with Anagha! She was able to help us put our plan together in record time and they really worked with us to get a thorough understanding of our processes that were already in place before she started our project. She was also able to explain things in a clear way that helped us be compliant and understanding of the new guidelines. If we had not consulted with RefineUS, I do not think we would have been prepared for our most recent FSMA audit from the FDA.I also feel that RefineUS really do care about our business. We chatted with them after our FDA audit, and I felt that Anagha really cared about how it went. I recently attended and participated in a course of Preventive Controls Qualified Individual with RefineUS. Anagha Deshpande did such an amazing job presenting the material, making it applicable to our business with real examples how it applies to our day-to-day work. Each of the modules were presented with enthusiasm that retained the attention and engagement of our entire team. The breakout sessions were so insightful, putting us with our own teammates in a virtual setting to review and discuss the material and then presenting on our discussions and plan to the entire group.
