About Us

Welcome to RefineUS, where our mission is to empower manufacturers by simplifying food safety compliance. Founded in 2019 by Anagha (Ana) Deshpande, RefineUS was born out of a genuine desire to support businesses in navigating the complexities of food safety regulations. With a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and a Master’s degree in Food Science, and over 15 years of industry experience, Ana recognized the challenges that manufacturers face in achieving compliance while striving to create exceptional products.

As a registered SQF consultant and certified FSMA trainer, Ana and the RefineUS team are uniquely positioned to provide expert guidance tailored to your needs. We understand that compliance should not be a barrier to success. Instead, it should be a seamless part of your operation, allowing you to focus on innovation and quality. Since our inception, we have partnered with over 50 local Utah businesses and more than 85 global companies, providing tailored consulting and training services that make a real difference.

Our friendly approach sets us apart. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients, taking the time to understand their unique needs and challenges. Ana's experience working with and training Utah Department of Agriculture and Food inspectors further enriches our expertise, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry standards.

At RefineUS, we truly care about your business's success. Our team is passionate about helping you refine your food safety practices, making compliance easier so you can concentrate on what you do best—creating outstanding products.
